ive checked everywhere and i cant find how to solve my problem...

when i open Yoshi MS, the screen goes black then white for a second, then it goes back to my desktop and this error code pops up:

error code: -2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002)

what should i do?
plz help

(plz note that this is on every other PS that i have tried, not yoshims)
